1Definitions and Scope of Agreement

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is between MR88 ("Company", "we") and the individual registering for or using the MR88 platform ("Player", "you"). This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of the website, mobile app, and any services offered under the MR88 brand.

The mr88 platform provides online gaming services including but not limited to online slots, live casino, sports betting, poker, and table games. All these services are subject to the terms set out in this document as well as any additional terms applicable to specific games or promotions.

2Eligibility and Account Registration

2.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to have one active mr88 account at any one time. This includes one account per name, email address, phone number, IP address, device, or residential address. Violation of this rule will result in the closure of all related accounts and cancellation of all existing bonus balances.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. MR88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension until the KYC process is completed.

3Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Mr88 supports a variety of deposit methods suited for players in Malaysia, including FPX, local bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, USDT, and BTC. All deposits are processed in real time unless otherwise stated. mr88 does not charge any processing fees for deposits.

3.2 Withdrawal Requirements

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The bank account must be under the same player's name as registered with mr88.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is as stated in the Finance section of the platform.
• Mr88 processes withdrawals within 15 minutes to 1 hour depending on the chosen method.
• Mr88 reserves the right to request additional information for compliance purposes before approving large withdrawals.

3.3 Currency and Exchange Rates

The mr88 platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) as its base currency. For deposits or withdrawals made using cryptocurrency, the prevailing market exchange rate at the time of processing will apply. mr88 is not responsible for any losses resulting from currency exchange rate fluctuations.

4Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 General Rollover Requirements

All bonuses offered by mr88 are subject to rollover requirements (wagering requirements) as stated in their respective promotion terms. Rollover requirements are typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount received — for example, a 20x rollover means you must place total bets of 20 times the bonus value before a withdrawal can be made.

4.2 Bonus Restrictions

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Only one welcome bonus is allowed per new player.
• Wagering using bonus balance only (with no cash balance) may be subject to a maximum betting limit.

4.3 Bonus Validity Period

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

Mr88 enforces a zero-tolerance policy against the following conduct:

• Use of automation software, bots, or any unauthorised tools for gameplay.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs or system vulnerabilities without authorization.
• Secret agreements between players to defraud the system (collusion).
• Identity fraud or use of another person's personal information.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Any attempt to compromise the fairness of the game for other players.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where necessary.

5.3 Game Results Are Final

All game results on mr88 are final once recorded by the system. In the event of a dispute, the mr88 system log will serve as the primary reference. Players may contact customer support if they believe a technical error has affected a game result.

6Privacy and Personal Data Protection

7Account Security and Player Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and MR88 account login details. MR88 recommends using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security. Any activity that occurs within your account is deemed to have been carried out by you, unless you have promptly reported a possible unauthorised access to our support team.

• Never share your password or login details with anyone.
• Always log out of the platform after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Notify mr88 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Mr88 will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel.

8MR88 Limitation of Liability

Mr88 provides its platform on a best-effort basis to ensure continuous availability. However, the platform may occasionally experience interruptions due to scheduled maintenance, technical updates, or circumstances beyond our control. mr88 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of such service disruptions.

Mr88's liability to any player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim. mr88 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform.

9Responsible Gaming

Mr88 is deeply committed to responsible gaming. We provide a range of self-control tools to help players better manage their wagering activity, including:

• Session Time Limit — limit the amount of time spent on the platform.

10Account Termination and Closure

Mr88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player's account at any time without prior notice if:

• The player provided false information during registration or the KYC process.
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Players may also close their account at any time by contacting the mr88 customer support team. Any valid cash balance (after deducting bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirements) will be returned to the player within the stipulated timeframe, subject to completion of the KYC process.

11Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to mr88's operations. Any dispute arising from use of the platform shall first be resolved through an amicable negotiation process with the mr88 support team. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with procedures established by mr88.

12Amendments to Terms and Conditions
